Over 60 fanworks were created - art, fic, gifs, vids... you name it! Gen or shippy; comics or show-based; fluffy or angsty... there’s something for everyone!

And at the bottom of the list, where to find the extra prompts and the first few works created from them!

i didn't rewrite all the links, most IDs are tumblr ones unless stated otherwise!

On Tumblr, giftees should be @tagged and @daredevilexchange #tagged in the first five tags.
Your works will be reblogged there over the next few days / weeks, then a masterpost will be posted on DW and Tumblr.
If relevant, tag #daredevilbingo , #mattelektrabingo etc in the first five too!

On platforms other than Tumblr and AO3, please use #daredevilexchange :-) and if you can, link to this blog, the Tumblr one and / or the general AO3 collection.

The AO3 collection will be set as revealed on Aug, 26 at 8am UTC (when is that for me?). As soon as that’s done, you can post the AO3 link without problems :-)

Please don’t forget to mention what prompt(s) you used for your work(s)!
On tumblr, one post per artwork (unless it’s something like a comic strip etc).

Please use read-mores / cuts if posting a long text (preferably post the AO3 link) or several pics!

As said in the sign-up posts, the works are due on Aug, 26 and so must be posted on that date (don’t worry about time zones for that bit).
The point is for everyone to receive and give a gift on the same day… and for the entire fandom to get one big present too :-)
Hopefully, the variety of works will ensure every fan will find something to enjoy!

There are two months for that particular exchange because:
1/ you are encouraged (not obliged!) to create more than one work,
2/ if you find one piece of work is becoming longer / more complex etc, no worries! You don’t have to rush it!
3/ some people have time in July but not August or vice-versa.

If you’re posting on AO3 then you can post in the DDE2019 collection now, but the work will not show until the collection is revealed on Aug, 26 (exact hour will be given close to the due date). EDIT: just added a placeholder fic there, if you go to the collection you will see one work is posted but you can’t access it: that’s how it works :-)

This is meant to give people who will not be able to post on AO3 on D-Day the opportunity to do so beforehand and not worry about it.

However, I’d recommend checking your work afterwards to see if the posting date is Aug 26 or the date when you actually posted it (in which case you can edit your fic so it’s dated as published on Aug 26).

Posting a link to your AO3 work before the collection is set as revealed will not work and it will not be visible.
Making your work visible on any platform before Aug, 26 nullifies its relevance for the exchange and you will be considered as a participant who dropped out without warning.

Your job? use at least one of these prompts to create at least one fanwork! You can combine several prompts in one work, use the same prompt for several works... The one hard and fast rule is to respect your giftee's squicks!

Please get in touch with your giftee anonymously if only to let them know someone is creating something for them, and of course if you have any question :-)

Where do i post? Tumblr, DW, AO3 (Exchange collection name: DDE2019 / Daredevil & Defenders Exchange 2019)... let us know where you're posting so we can share it on our two blogs, here and Tumblr.
If you do not have an AO3 account and want one, please get in touch with the blog (AO3 can't host video or graphics, but you can still put them up on the Archive as long as they're already publicly online somewhere else like Instagram, DeviantArt, YouTube, etc)
